Perry's Baby Shower

Yesterday we had the baby shower for Perry.  Yesterday was also Mitchell & Perry's one year anniversary.  This last year has flown by!

The baby shower was held out our house in the backyard.
The weather was a little cool but still really nice.
Brent had the fire pit going at the back of the yard.  Several guests stayed close to the warm fire while gifts were opened.
The best part of having the party in our backyard is that Brent FINALLY had to clean the back yard and patio.  Cleaning up after a construction project is low on his list of priorities.  I love the newly cleaned and organized backyard!
 The poopy diaper game.  Yuck??
Julie looks like she just might take a bite.
 Present time!
Janine got baby Kingsleigh a super cute jag print outfit.
Great-Grandma Robles gave Kingsleigh a cute onesie with a tu-tu attached.

 The gifts kept piling up.

Pretty little dress and Winnie-the-Pooh sleepers from the new Grandma J.
Sarah couldn't make it to the party but she sent some cute clothes and lots of love.
A beautiful pink quilted blanket made by great-great Grandma Sweeney.
How cute is this?  Gotta love the hat!
Diaper Genie was a hit at the party.  One from Pam and one from great-great Auntie Brenda.
Baby Kingsleigh is due February 24th.  She received so many adorable gifts and clothes from all the wonderful people who came to the baby shower.  She will be so spoiled! :)

So fun! I'm totally bummed that I missed it. I am blaming it completely on pregnancy brain. I was looking at the pictures on the invitation just a couple days ago but did it cross my mind to remind myself of the date...nope! I'm glad it was a success.
